Bug-fix response times by tier, what's covered and excluded, and the service-credit remedy structure for missed targets. Capped, finite, and honest.

A.Documents available under NDA

The following are not posted publicly. They are negotiated as part of a commercial engagement after a written technical evaluation and an executed mutual non-disclosure agreement.

  • Master Services Agreement (MSA) — the master commercial contract, including indemnification, audit rights, change control, and acceptance criteria. Standard procurement redlines accepted under the Sovereign · Enterprise tier.
  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — required for GDPR, CPRA, LGPD-aligned engagements. Customer is the Controller; Veklom is not a Processor for self-hosted deployments because no customer data flows to Veklom.
  • Business Associate Agreement (BAA) — for HIPAA-covered entities. Veklom is not a Business Associate for self-hosted deployments because no PHI flows to Veklom; we will sign a BAA for clarity if your covered-entity policy requires it.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) — for engagements that include implementation assistance, custom feature commitments, or compliance-evidence packages.
  • Reseller / White-Label Agreement — for Sovereign · Pro and Enterprise customers exercising their white-label rights.
